Unexpected exception occurred qlikview website site

Hi everybody,

When i put "-" sign in the search box of specific drop down column in the table it's appear next message: Unexpected exception occurred ! . Unfortunately I can not search when I want to looking for records which start with "-" sign.    

There were no any problems in the past, nobody did any changes. We don't have that issue in the desktop version, we are using  11.2 SR 11 and generally we use "Full browser ..."  parameter.

I'm not looking for work around how to searching, I'm looking for solution for that issue.

That is not a connector problem. Somehow I put in this group that issue.
