I need to identify workers in a specific company division on a graphic. The graphic is a picture of a division map. How to I associate/relate the data to a spot or region on the graphic to indicate that region/district/area and/or to pin-drop on a specific location on that graphic?
This is similar to the geo-heat map but using another graphic instead of that map.
