If you use NTFS for authorization then check that the user also has the right file system permissions on the folder where the .qvw user document is stored on the filesystem.

If you use DMS check that the user was added on the Authorization tab of the document in User Documents under Documents in the QMC.

Hi,

I have used the NTFS authorization.

And, I have two distribution task for the one application.

di_Application1-- Distributed to one user and some group

di_Application2--  Distributed like Same Above

A user can access the Application1, But Can't access the Application2.

Can u give me a idea?

Right Click on ->  Appilcation2.qvw -> Properties -> Security -> Add User in this document

and Go to QMC -> documents -> Document cals - > Check that user is avaiable in there

Hope this help you

Make sure the user has the correct ntfs access rights needed to read the file in the folder where the user documents are stored. Also make sure the user has a user cal or that enough document cals are assigned to the document.

Hi,

I have added the user manually to document as u mentioned, but I dont have a Document cals option in my qlikview server(Development). I have in production.

However is he can access the application if we added user manually?

Is there any limitation to access the application for each user?

Note: my dev qlikview server doesn't has a Document cal license.
