Using Button Selection

Can you please help me to figure out how I can create a button that will provide the same action of selecting a item within a multi box?

Selecting an Item within a Milti Box is identical to making a FIeld Selection. You simply need to configure an Action "Select in Field" and specify the FIeld name and the value that needs to be selected.

I´ve just figure out, there is a option on the Properties->Action->Select inField.
