Variables with Parameters

Hello Team,

I have been trying to solve this function for quite a while now. Could anybody help me with this.

I have a variable containing a set expression as

SUM({<Date= {">=$1<=$2"}, Product={"X"}>}Amount)

I am passing the values $1 and $2 through another variable 

='$(vSumAmt(' & chr(39) & '$(=$(vFrom(2018)))' & chr(39) & ',' & chr(39) & '$(=$(vTo(2018)))' & chr(39) & '))'

Is there something i am missing here?

Parameters is not reading properly because of Static text of single quote? Can you please post how you defined the variable with SET and LET?
