I doubt you have a YEAR field, Please check the field in your data, and qlik is case sensitive. Hope you got my point!

Remove the single quotes around 2018 and 11 and try. It should work if you have those field properly defined

It's not advisable to hard card the data ,so if possible dot hard code.
