Hi,

Total is qualifier which calculate the complete SUM of rows and give a single and same value to each row.

Ex:-

Region,Sales

R1,100

R2,200

R3,300

R4,400

if you use

=Sum( TOTAL Sales)

by this for all regions it fives 10000 which is total sale

And this is use full if you want to calculate the percentage sale among the regions by expression

=Sum(Sales) / Sum(TOTAL Sales)

Hello

If I have "clear" dimension, TOTAL works fine.

Example:

dimension is day_1

expression is Count(RequestId)/Count(TOTAL <day_1> RequestId)

If I have complex dimension, TOTAL is not work

Example:

dimension is if (day_1>'2015-01-01', Month(day_1))

expression is the same Count(RequestId)/Count(TOTAL <day_1> RequestId)

day_1 is not ignore

expression Count(RequestId)/Count(TOTAL <Month(day_1)> RequestId) is wrong
