I note that Qlikview 11.2 has extended support until Dec2020.

I am using Qlikview 12.1 in my company. we have a diffcult time to ever-green to 12.3, as 12.1 will end of support in Nov2019. May I know if QV12.1 will extend support as well? When will we know it?

No, the extension is for 11.2 only remaining supported as a special exception to the normal policies.

12.X is no longer supported.
