sorry, no chance

if you want to to the effort, use several textboxes (I would never do it)

Hi,

It is difficult to handle using text objects or any other charts objects to highlight some part of the text in bold, instead you can create an image and use it in a Text Object as background.

If it is a plain text we can do, for Line breaks you can use Chr(13), but for bold it is no chance.

Hope it helps you.

Regards,

Jagan.

the default textbox is very limited in terms of text formatting.

the minimalistic html textbox extension is the way to go here. i use it all the time instead of several textboxes that can't be grouped and are a headache to move/maintain later on.

you can take a look at the link in James' post.

another great resource is branch.qlik.com. Same extension is available there as well. here is the direct link  - http://branch.qlik.com/projects/showthread.php?416-Minimalistic-TextBox-for-QlikView for the extension

Hi Nihhal,

If you adjust the image settings then the view would be clear, it all depends on the image you design.

Jagan.
