Hey,
In my project , for a particular salesperson last login date time is coming as 5 days back although prject is running for him each day via autostart. For ex. For date: 19:03:2015 Lastlogindate showing is: 15.03.2015 and for 20.03.2015 it is showing 16.03.2015.
What can be the reason?
Thanks
Can you post a qlikview document that demonstrates the problem?
Actually , i cannt but when i fetch the data from database , it is also showing same last login date time as shown in dashboard. So where you think problem myt be?
No idea. Create an sql script to load sample data from the database. Execute that sql script directly on the database. Create a new qlikview document and use the same sql script to load the same sample data. Compare the two sets.
can u try,
1.first check how that date is populating? (systemdate/networkdate/database date)
2.check from point 1,whichever the date (systemdate/networkdate/database date) ur using is having latest date i.e 20.03.2015.
3. check that date having any dependences calculations
Hey,
I checked that LastLoginDateTime column is loaded from SqlServerData. When i executed the query and fetch data from SqlServer for that particular salesperson , i see that same date is being shown as in dashboard. Which means in database also wrong date is being updated. Now what can i do for this ?
ya,tht's means no probelm with ur qlikview application.
so,just ask corresponding team (might be database team)? why the data is not upgrading?,tht is the solution to ur problem, tht's what i believe.
Yeah , even i think the same
pls mark as correct,if ur happy with the solution!
Btw this problem is happening with only 1 user. For all other users, last login date is working fine. So , is this something database team has to deal ?
