I want to do YTD MTD QTD on Order Amount but all values coming same.

If you remove the header names from your expression you will see the result from your formulas. OrderDate is not resolved.

The varable is not resolved ok.

Try this:

=sum({<OrderYear={$(=vMaxYear)},OrderDate={"<=$(=max(OrderDate))"}>} [Ordered Amount])
