May I know how to create YTD for my data set below?
I don't have a date format like, 31/1/2019.

Actually, the row "Prior Year" covers all from M01 to M12.
I believe Set Analysis is likely the best way to go, check the following Design Blog post, hopefully they will help get you on the right track:
