Year with two digits?

Hi, could someone tell me how to put the year of the expressions with two digits?

I would like something like this: jul-16

Example of the name of one of my expressions:

=MonthName(vMaximaFechaMenosDoce)

The format of the varible is : yyyy-mm-dd
