The AD DSP has a cache as well, where it stores the results from previous AD queries (like FullName etc.)

It could be that this cache is returning the old FullName instead of the current one.

I don't remember exactly where these cache files are located but you can always set the cache timeout to a very low value (e.g. 1 minute instead of 60 minutes) to let it expire. After that, everything should return to normal.

Or you could be very patient and just wait until the situation fixes itself (as that is exactly what should happen anyway)

HI Peter tnx,

i dont understand -

my user changed more than a week ago

so why do u think that the situation fixes itself?

and when?

It seemed to me like one of the possible causes (you never said that this change already happened a week ago.) However, the default DSP cache timeout is set to 60 minutes so there should have been a cache update in the meantime.

Do you have access to the QMC? You can look up users and their AD information in the QMC->Users tab.

Aside from possibly getting your old account name displayed, where is your problem situated right now? Has section access in your documents been told that your account name has changed?  If you log in using your new credentials, can you open your documents?

hi,

if im logging in with my new credentials in the access point its recognaize me as my old credentials

and then i cant open any documents because my old user dont have authorization to the documents.
