azimut on Google Map localisation

Hi,

I am using QV to locate mobile operator sites on a google map. This work great thanks to help I could find on the community!

My next move would be to trace azimut of each sector. As you may (or not! ) know, let consider that 1 site is composed of 3 sectors (but it can also be 1, 2 or 4+...) which are oriented to a certain degree.

ie: the following would represente 1 site (located at the intersection of each branches) composed of 3 sectors:

     - sector1: 0°

     - sector2: 120°

     - sector3: 240°

sector1

     |

    / \

s3  s2

So far, what I managed to do is:

     - plot s1 at XXm from the exact location of the site at 0°

     - plot s2 at XXm from the exact location of the site at 120°

     - plot s3 at XXm from the exact location of the site at 240°

This works fine but not very suitable, according to my needs; I am then looking for a better way to show sites. I guess the perfect way would be a representation like I did above but... any help would be very usefull!

my inputs are somethg like:

name     longitude     latitude     azimut

Site1     12.2               14.4          0

Site1     12.2               14.4          120

Site1     12.2               14.4          240

Site2     15.5               14.4          0

Site2     15.5               14.4          120

Site3     17.7               14.4          240

Site4     ....

Many thnks for your help.

Jean-Marie
