chart background colour

Hi,

I QV it is possible to set a certain background color for a chart.

The problem is that when in a chart there is no data to display the background becomes white. The white color contradicts my design.

Is it possible to set a background color different from white when the state of a chart = no data to display?

Thank you in advance,

Larisa

Maybe if there is no data to display, show a text object conditionally on top of the chart.  Can use whatever color and text you wish...

Interesting, I normally have a white background so did not encounter this yet. No idea if you can set the color of this somewhere. In the color tab of the chart properties you can set the transparency to 100%, it will display whatever is below the chart. Only thing then is that the error message is still displayed in a white rectangle
