creation of pdf for perticular sheet

using DoPDF we can get separate PDF document. we can open directly but not in access point.

  In local system we opened but i want to open pdf report in accesspoint how we can open report in Accesspoint..

1. using pdf editor, we can create static pdf reports and distribute to the users through publisher.

2. By write VB code in Macros also we can able to print pdf reports

3. In accesspoint, open any sheet in document, and go to menu - select print sheet.  It will go to printer, instead of sending printer, we can use doPdf(software) to create pdf, save it locally for further use.

Note:  this is the workaround for creating sheet as pdf.

Go to Reports(Menu Bar)->Edit Reports->Create one report->drag and drop selected reports in the sheet.

Save it.

Now if you go to Reports->we can see the report we created.

Once published in access point.

In accesspoint select the required sheet->Report.

If we want to export entire sheet with reports to pdf, then

Now press Ctrl+P->select DoPDF->Select the path->print->PDF document with the selected sheet+report will be there in the pdf document.
