current vendor price

Hi Friends,

i am facing one problem,i needed help,i attached the test data,if user selected Year=2014 and Month='March',then Max Date of

March-2014 is 31-03-2014.i want to display Vendor_Price value .

for example, if you choose March 2014 as your selected dates and there are rows dated March 1, 2014, March 15, 2014 and March 28, 2014 you would show the Vendor_Price value where the date is March 28, 2013
