There is no point of any mind, Please ask as much question you can , Question can be silly but answer never will!
Reloading depends on your requirement. It can be static or Real time
Static or On Premise: If you are using a Desktop version of Qlik , so you just need to click on load button and it will take the latest data present in your source file to the application. When you create a application and drag and drop and file or select a file for design any visuals it will make that directory as source directory of that folder, so whenevr you have latest file , Please maintain the name same as previous file name and in same directory and click on load button , data will be get refresh.
Qlik Server:Same above approach you can follow while create an application on server but for real time refresh , you may schedule it for hourly ,weekly ,monthly ,depends on your requirement.
