difference between qlikview and accespoint

I have a one month lag in my table between qlikview local and QlikView on the portal AccesPoint, I do not know of it or just the explanation please.

Are you checking the correct application from correct folder?

Yes it is same *.qvw. From access point the Qlik files view as on web portal.
