Hi Guys

I have  a pivot table in which there is a field as below.

Current Output                       Required Output

Attendance                             Attendance

Present                                        Present

Absent                                       Not Avaiable

Present                                        Present

Present                                        Present

Present                                       Not Avaiable

Absent                                        Not Avaiable

Present                                       Not Avaiable

Now here is the requirement I want only the top 3 rows which have value 'Present'  to be shown and rest should have Not Available.

Please Help

Sorry, not sure if I fully understand.

I assume your 'field' is a dimension, but it's probably not the only dimension, since it's showing duplicate values (and a dimension is showing distinct values). Also not sure about your data model, expressions used etc.

Could you upload a small sample QVW that demonstrates your issue? Would be the most efficient way, in combination with providing your requested result (e.g. as excel table, screenshot etc.).

Can you attach the sample file with the data to demonstrate your requirement? Thank you.
