how to Use the current date in the scenarios

When I open a document, I need in the box of the year and the month the current, for example if I open the document and the actual date is May 2010 in thes list of month May should be selected and in the list 2010 should be selected. How can I do that?

You could use Triggers for the document - under Document Properties -> Triggers. Example enclosed.
