how to disply scatter chart

I am going to disply scatter chart,But facing some issue with that (please find the attachment )..

And let me know is that possible to achieve?

I don't really understand what you want to achieve, but in a scatter chart, you should use produt as dimension, not year.

Does this change brings you to your needs ?
