how to export picture in straight table to excel using accespoint

Hi,

I am trying to establish that the enduser can export a straight tabel to excel from the accespoint containing pictures.

In the straight table i reffer to a location on the qv server where the images are stored and inserted them in the straight table with display as an image.

And what is not working if you export this straight table? Do you get the broken-image-icons?

QlikView will probably embed the same image URLs in the export. If they are relative to the current site, this won't work in Excel as there is no site anymore. And furthermore, as soon as the Excel file moves out of scope of your QlikView server, the references will break again.

Can you provide some more details about how your straight table refers to those images?

Hi Peter,

The content (expression)  is an URL on the qv server, it's being displayed as an image, so looking at the straight tabel the cell contains an image, but as soon as it's pulled into xls the field becomes empty.

also using nprinting the same issue occurs.
