how to show reference line in bar chart

for example i have to show reference line at( sales >50000)

Add a reference line with the value 50000.

     Chart properties-->Presentation tab-->Reference lines click add.

can't we put a reference line without this privilage

i.e by writing an expression

You have to write the value for reference line.

but i want  to write an expression in expression tab to achieve that
