https links and send to Excel

In my document I have a table that includes a link to a support ticket See Expression below.

='Click here<URL>https://vocfeedback.gsk.com/IM_view/ticketInfo.asp?Ticket_ID='&Only($(vIMVolumeDetailCreated)TICKET_ID_)

There are two problems with this approach.

1. the link does not work when you send the data to Excel
2. The column in the table simply reads "Click Here".

Is there a way to have the link to the ticket number be the TICKET_ID_ and have the link work from Excel when you have "Sent it to Excel"?
