In my document I have a table that includes a link to a support ticket See Expression below.
='Click here<URL>https://vocfeedback.gsk.com/IM_view/ticketInfo.asp?Ticket_ID='&Only($(vIMVolumeDetailCreated)TICKET_ID_)
There are two problems with this approach.
- the link does not work when you send the data to Excel
- The column in the table simply reads "Click Here".
Is there a way to have the link to the ticket number be the TICKET_ID_ and have the link work from Excel when you have "Sent it to Excel"?
