is there anyway I can hide the labels on a slider and keep the tickmarks? Like if I have 10%, 20% and the associated tick marks, how can i hide the 10% and 20% and keep the tickmarks?
Hi Chris,
Did you try the following:
In the presentation tab of the slider properties: Scale > Use Custom Scale > Set the "Label on Every Major Unit" to 0.
This will simply not display the labels on the tickmarks.
If you set the number of Major Units and the Labels on Every X Major Units to the same number then you will removed all the labels except the minimum number (in my example zero).
Create a Text Object, make the background the same color as the slider background and cover the Labels
is there anyway I can make the minimum value disappear?
Hi Chris,
If you check my response the minimum value is hidden
Its not ideal but it works

I have tried that option, but it does not keep the tick marks as originally requested!!
Hi Alan,
PFA.
The qvw displays what's in the picture: labels are off, ticks are preserved.
If you select multiply selection in properties of this object, this option is unavailable. BUT!
You always can make simple trick:
1. Select Single selection
2. Change presentation of object like this (see scr in att)
3. Apply cahnges
4. Switch general property to multiply selection.
Crack this bug.
is there possibility to manage popup labels on Slider (hide, change format, add custom text)?
