is this possible in Pivot?

i have case in Qlikview to be shown same a excel output attached .

 

i have a source as a column with three values but i want to show the total column after two values only .

 

PFA atatched sample input and output .

Hey Chanty,

 

You can achieve this using Pick & Match; please refer to the qvw attached. Only one thing can't be achieved is 

"different sub-header names like SV and Total SV it can either of them".

thanks 🙂 but if i add other measures
EDW SV/total sv tcv, EDW total/totaltcv

its giving me in all the sources with seperate columns 😞

Amrinders im trying to add last two conversion columns   but its giving me extra column for each source,
