is this possible to keep the sort in a pivot table?

Hi,

I have created a pivot table and sort it by the Y-value, however this works when the data is collapsed, when I expand the information the sort is lost.

How can I keep the sort?

I have remove the check marks from all the other sorts (other fields) but the behavior persists.

Any idea?

it's can be anything numeric value which you want to sort

for instance =sum(profit) will sort you dimension by value of profit

Hello, Roberto!

You can use an expression for sorting. As far as know when you at Sort tab you can manage different sort algoritms for all included dimensions.

What should be the expression? or how should it looks like?

the sorting is hierarchical, so it depends on the order of the dimensions...

I know, but if I disable the other sorts, it should only displays the first y-value sort, am I right?

I have used the same condition that I have as expression and it worked.
