md5 works in one QV-App, in another not

Hello,

the md5test.qvw from Re: md5 works. But when I copy the script to another or a new App, then comes following error on Loading:

md5_Load_error.png

I compare all Document Seetings between this two Apps, but I find no Difference.

Thanks

The MD5()-function is not a standard QlikView function. It must be implemented as a Macro function in either VBScript or JScript.

Have a look at your document where it works and go into the Tools / Edit Module (or CTRL+M) and see if you find the MD5 function there. Then you will have to copy this too into your new application.
