move data in Rows to Columns

Hi Experts,

I want to move the each value of [Customer Name] into columns and [Product Name] as values to those columns.

I checked that i can use Generic load to do this, but could get my head around it. Please help!

I think cross table doesn't work for me, because i want to make my data into cross table, not the other way.
