Hello community,
Am new to qvw. am using Qlikview11 trail version(personal edition) in this, 13 charts are available like straight, pivot, bar, line, combo, pie, guage, block, scater, radar, funnel, grid, mekko. But in licensed version, is there any changes and how many charts are available??
Please help me out in this.
thanks in advance!!
Those are different options available within a chart type. For example Trellis is available for all chart types except straight table and pivot table and Waterfall chart is just a bar chart which is shifted upward or downward. You will have all these available to you on your personal edition also.

Hi Satish,
The functionality within Personal edition is the same as a licenced version, so you get the same chart types.
See the attached link for the Limitations of Personal Edition:https://community.qlik.com/docs/DOC-1799

Number of charts available in the licensed version are the same. Infact everything would be the same except for the restrictions to open files created by other people on your personal edition (includes files that you created, but changed by someone else)

Thanks for your quik response.
But I heard somewhere on other charts in qvw like trellis,waterfall,....etc.
so that am getting confuse could anyone do clarify on this.
everything is same apart from licenses.
Trellis chart we have an option in every chart except straight and pivot table.
If we have year and month dimensions it will devide for year year in chart with respective of every monty of that years.
if we have 2010,2011,2012,2013 data then it will devide that chart into 4 charts
for 2010,2011,2012 and 2013
Thanks
BKC
Hi,
Trial version (Personal Edition) has same number of Charts,as you get in Licensed version.
