Hi,

Eventualy we installed the openedge odbc 10.2B driver which worked, the driver was supplied to us by the suppplier of the progress database.

The issue was also due to inconcistancy of values in the database ( like to many records in a certain field etc).

Hope this will help.

Kind regards,

Linda

This problem normally occurs when the char length exceeds the specified dbase field length. With a tool DBTool a Progress database could be checked an repaired.

Please have a at another thread: http://community.qlik.com/thread/50070 where you could find aditional information on how to use dbtools.
