on opening qlikview it showing white screen ?

hi all,

when i am opening my qlikview application through mozila or internet explorer .it showing blank screen.

please tell me what setting are reuired in order to open a qlikview file.

Hi,

Please check the application on server mounted folder.

Or copy again the specific file into the mounted folder from where u r accessing the file.

or check the correct plugin has been installed on local machins.

Do you know if the application is using a section access ?

Did you check with other user id ?

Are you sure the server is not having a memory issue, or any other problem ?

other than all persons are using

i think i missing some settings .

i have unblocked still it showing white screen

One of our users also had this issue and it was resolved by resetting their IE Settings. 

1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Go to menu bar and select Tools – Internet Options
3. Click on the Advanced Tab and click on the Restore advanced settings and then Reset buttons
