order of dimensions

I would say that using a stacked and grouped bar chart would be better than the grid chart.  Trying to get all three dimensions on one chart is going to lead to confusion.

I would suggest at least three bar charts, the combined one you have and then others with either single or two dimensions.  The bar charts with a single dimension will be much easier to read and compare.
