passing value from graphic choice list to another graphic choice list

a tabel shows the main-keys in graphic choice list  now i must copy and paste manuel a field value to a other graphic choice list,  or re-type value , so this other graphic list starts reading with this value

looking for a 'button'  way to do this

not sure what "graphic choice list starts reading with this value" mean.  but if you are looking for an interaction between two fields when one field is selected you may want to check out triggers, specifically field triggers
