i  uploaded  excel file  for  easy  reference of u

i want  sales  house   sales  of  for the month of  aug  and  sept only that to in staright  table

i  want the   fruits  wich was  sold  in house

hi there is no attachment as such and regarding the query you can simply write three Expressions

1. Sum({<Year = {$(=max(Year))}, MonthNum= {09}>}sales).............Sales for Sep Month
2. Sum({<Year = {$(=max(Year))}, MonthNum= {08}>}sales).............Sales for Aug Month
3. Sum({<Year = {$(=max(Year))}, MonthNum= {09}>}sales)-

          Sum({<Year = {$(=max(Year))}, MonthNum= {08}>}sales).... Difference

or can use Max(MonthNum) and Max(MonthNum)-1 same as Year to make dynamic
