If you are unsure, try to understand how each action would impact the data model.

Will it resolve the circular loop? Will it change your data model? Will it remove data that you want to keep? Will it still keep the links between tables that you want to keep, to allow selections propagate through tables?

Thanks for your response Swehl. As per my understanding of your blog on circular reference, answer would be renaming the CompanyName field in shipper table.

Is that true ?

Sounds like a good solution, you've got CompanyName for Customers, but these companies have a different role than the shipper's companies.
