Lets say i have above table. and i have selector for each field. How can i show chart that will do the following.

When user selects From Postal Code & City. Then picks To Postal Code it takes higher # of days at first 3 digit of To-Postal Code level.

Results Example

From - PostalCodeFrom- CityTo- PostalCodeTo- CityDays

Can you explain why you don't see any solution?

Isn't the point to show the attributes of the postal code that has the highest days?

Not entirely. I guess the request is somewhat different. Whenever a single From Postal code and/or From city is selected, the first three corresponding colums are displayed, together with To-city and Days from the row that has the same first three characters in To-PostalCode and the highest number of days. Not too simple.
