"Others" slice missed in pie chart

Hi,

I use Qlikview 11. I created a pie chart, on "Dimension Limits" tab chose "Show only values that are" "Greater that 5% ralative to the total" and "Show others" in Options.

As a results I do have "Others" in legend, but relevant slice in missed in pie chart.

I have also tried "Show only" "First 5 values" and in that case pie chart contained only 4 (not 5) slices.

Why am I missing "Others" slice in my pie chart?

Any help is highly appreciated!

Enable the option 'Others' in Dimension Limits Tab...

I have enabled "Show Others" in "Options" part of "Dimensions Limits" tab.

That is why I do have "Others" in legend, but there is no "Others" slice in the chart itself.

Is it possible the "others" slice is very small and therefore not appearing in the chart?  Or maybe the color for "others" is the same as one of the first four slices?  Maybe it has something to do with the expression and/or dimension combination you are using causing weird results.

If you tried everything, sometimes I find I just have to start over with that object.  Build it again from scratch.

In the Chart properties > Presentation tab > is there a limited # of items to present?

Is there a filter applied?

Is sorting hiding the piece by having only the top 5 show (e.g.) but with sorting - others drops to 6 or 7?

The total of Others is significant and should be visible.

The problem is that the Highlight functionality works for all pieces of legend, except Others (so the Other slice is really not in chart).

I use no calculations on dimension or experesion, pure values.

Have already tried to do from scratch, same results...(((

1) No limitations of # of items

2) No filtes

3) I use "Load order" in "Sort" tab

As I mentioned, I see "Other" in Legend, but not in chart

Smird - Curious...what version of QlikView Desktop are you using presently?

I created a solution that seems to work fine with Others. I am using 11.20 SR 6.
