"Your data is not Unique" problem

May i know what thus this message means.

About the data:

Each ID will have 12 months Data and each ID consist a Fix Information every month

thus, I have separate excel for fix data and separate estate for variable data

I think it is not unique because in fix data I did not put the month but for variable data, I have the column 'month'

2nd question, what does distinct mean actually

Hi,

"Actual Yield" its a key field, you need to create a copy of this field to use "Distinct" and can sum or count unique values
