I try to access the Server Management Console through the IE, Iam getting the message as "Service Not Available" in one of my server,can you help me how to fix??

Please confirm your userid is added to Qlikview Administrators group?
You can find that in
Computer Management -> Local Users and Groups -> Groups.

Hi,
Go to your server.
Click on windows --Run --> In the window trype below command.
services.msc
Click letter Q it will take you to all the services start with letter Q.
Search for Qlikview services and start them. And make sure the service account you use is a member of local administrator group and in turn which belong to QlikView administrator group.
I would suggest you to involve your IT Helpdesk / Sysadmin team here.

What version of qlikview you have?
if it is 11.2 sr6 them you must have IE 11.
Or try by opening QEMC in latest version of Chrome or Firefox.
Did you restarted your server once?

Yes We have installed QV Licences and we are using QV11 version SR2.
Restarted the sever also but still same issue .

Are you sure that service account you use belong to QlikView administrator group and in turn local admin group.
Did you try by another browser.
Can you post some snapshots like
1) error message you get.
2) Qlikview services.
3) QEMC-->Status -> Services
4)QEMC--> system--> Licence --> QlikView Server
