tab in a qlik view document

i am creating a qlik view document and i am trying to use different tab options in the document but i dnt know how to use it....plz tell me how can i achieve this?

Layout -> Add Sheet...

Also, it is useful to use the Design toolbar: View -> Toolbars -> Design
