I want to create a table where all the KPIS on right side in one column and second column will show the last year data and 3^rd column will show the current year data and 4^th column will show the difference between two columns.

It's possible. But that would complex and very cumbersome and hard for maintenance and hence not recommended. For such requirement the data should be handled in script. PFA for not recommended solution using valuelist().

Did you check the dimension (calculated) and expression used? Or, are you using personal edition of qv and could not open my attachment?
