the operating system is not adequate to run the qlikview x64?

Hi,

I am new to qlikview. I am using windows 10. I was trying to download qlikview personal edition. but when i am trying to instal i get the this message - the operating system is not adequate to run the qlikview x64? Can some one tell me what could be wrong here ? please help me.

check your window system whether it is 32 bit or 64 bit??

If it is 32 bit and you are installing 64 bit, it would not work

Sounds like you are using the wrong install kit, you need to use

Which is specifically for Windows 8 and above, i.e. 10

Do not use the x86 or x64 versions. Use the Windows8_and_up version of QV Desktop.
