using if condition in expression in pivot table - Qlikview

Can anyone help me with this? i want to find monthly step weightage of a particular project (showing in pic below). It's working fine but value not adding in total as you can see in screenshot.

if([Progress Description]=[Sub Activities],(sUM({1<Project={'CARDS-Enablement of utility bills acceptance at PSO Outlets'}>}[Sub Activities Weightage])*100),0)

,0)

The total for any month is showing zero instead of 25
