variable Chart - regulate dimension

Hi,

i have a chart with a simple dimension

Date_kum  --> It contains only years from 2007 to 2014.

Now i want to regulate the content of the chart with a slider without limiting with a filter.

I thought on implementig a set analysis into the dimension - maybe something with a set analysis?!

but how and where?!
