want to create a macro to email the some specific reports to some specific users.

i want a macro in which i need for my current project in which clients requirements are to email some reports to specific users.

the email which will go to the users are on periodic basis means monthly mail, weekly mail, daily mail.

can anybody help me out with the macro and do tell me where to make the changes and my client is using IBM lotus not outlook.
