Hi Subbu,

NPrinting is used to distribute Qlikview charts to users in the form Powerpoint, Excel, PDF, Word etc, through email or publish into a shared folder. 

NPrinting reads the Qlikview charts directly from Dashboards in Qlikview server and generated the reports based on the configuration and distribute those in various modes.

You can schedule the distribution in Nprinting based on your requirement like Monthly, Daily, hourly etc.
