Bookmark Keyboard Shortcuts

Hi,

I apologize if this has already been answered, I did a search and couldn't find anything related.

I have QlikView server 10 deployed and my users are using the IE plugin to view their documents. The issue I'm having is with bookmarks. The bookmarks work when I click with the mouse and choose the appropriate bookmark from the bookmark menu. However they would like to use the keyboard shortcuts CTRL-SHIFT-1, CTRL-SHIFT-2 etc and these are not working.

Is this a known issue? The users are using IE8.

Try Ctrl+1 as book mark short cut.  This might work.

Unfortunately that doens't work either. I also tried other combinations of SHIFT-1, CTRL-ALT-1 etc, no luck.
